I didn’t know a thin crepe drizzled with fresh lemon juice and a touch of granulated sugar could be so, so good and refreshing.
We only had a few short hours to roam Barcelona. The sky was sunny but the air crisp enough to don a scarf and light jacket. The warm crepe and creamy cup of espresso at Crepes Barcelona were the perfect accompaniments to such a day.
Once I arrived back home, I missed the flavor so much that I decided to make my own!
